Is my unit available for x date?
Each page for our variable rental units (except concessions) has a link, to “book it now.” This link has a calendar feature which will quote the price and the availability of the unit you are looking for. Our private function customers enjoy weekend rental rates that are competitive with most companies’ four hour rates. The owners have young children of their own, and understand that with relatives, cake, presents, and the other activities at most parties, actual play time becomes very limited. Let your child enjoy the entire weekend of his or her birthday with one or more of our great products.

Your Website says your prices are for up to two days. What if I only need the unit for one day, or a few hours?
Is the price reduced? Of course we will accomodate the time needs of your rental. Some clients only want the unit on their property for a few hours. Others are concerned about the liability of something happening to the unit while they are not home. Unfortunately, we cannot reduce our prices for lesser rental times, because our fixed costs of delivery, cleaning, and pickup are the same whether you have the unit for two days or two hours, so our prices are the same. The reality is that on a per hour basis, no one in Texas can touch our prices, and we know that. Check out the competition, and you will see.

Who sets up the inflatable?
We set up the bounce or slide and take it down when we come to pick it up. This is done to ensure your safety and the safety of the equipment. Set up time is approximately 15-20 minutes for the bounces and 20-25 minutes for slides. The bounce or slide must be inflated before it is taken down so that we can inspect and possibly do a preliminary cleaning of the unit. We ask that if you use the slide as a water slide that you turn off the water and empty the pool one hour before we arrive, but leave the unit inflated, so that it may be dry when we pick it up. This hour will not be included in your rental time.

How much room do I need?
Approximately a 20′ by 20′ area should be plenty of room for most bouncers and a 20′ by 38′ area for slides. The area should be level, free of rocks, sticks, etc. and any in ground sprinkler systems should be shut off and not sticking up. The unit must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. The inflatables can also be used indoors. Please specify which surface the inflatable is to be set up on, so that we can provide the appropriate anchors and tarps if necessary. Please clean and clear the area for the inflatable prior to our arrival time.

What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatable?
For private functions our delivery occurs typically between 4-6 p.m. on the Friday before your rental weekend. Pickup is typically on the following Monday morning, though we will deliver and pick up on your schedule as reflected by your parties specific needs. For all weekend rentals the units must be stored in the back yard, in a fence secured area. This is to prevent theft of the units. For corporate, school or church functions, you decide on the specific rental time and we will be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before that for set up. You do not pay for set up or take down time.

How does the inflatable unit stay inflated?
We setup the unit and inflate the bounce or slide with a fully enclosed blower motor that must stay on the entire time that the inflatable unit is being used (unless winds exceed 25 mph or it starts to rain, in which case the motor must be shut down). The blower unit must be located within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.

How far in advance should I make my reservations?
Please make your reservations as soon as possible. All of our inflatables (bounces and slides) are very popular and sometimes we are booked weeks and even months in advance. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to be able to obtain the item you want

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. All cancellations must be called in the at least the day before your rental. While we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions, if we deliver and install units, full payment must be made. For this reason, we stay tuned day and night to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area. In order for us to better serve all customers, we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations and rain checks. WE DO NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER, this decision is left solely to the customer. Once the equipment is delivered there is NO REFUND. All decisions to cancel due to weather or any other reason need to be made BEFORE the scheduled delivery time, even if the equipment is delivered early. We ask that the customer be informed of all weather conditions approaching by watching or listening to their local news. If a verbal acceptance of the delivery is given over the phone on the morning of the delivery and the customer declines the rental when the driver gets to the rental location, the customer will be responsible for payment of the moonwalk.

Do you require a deposit?
No, Funfactory has never required a deposit for any reservation. No refunds will be given once equipment contract is signed, so please inform us in advance if canceling your rental.

What is the policy in case of rain, cold temperatures or high wind?
THE INFLATABLE BOUNCES MUST NOT BE USED IN HEAVY RAIN, OR WHEN WINDS EXCEED 25 MPH! THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT SAFETY ISSUE! If it starts to rain and the inside of the bouncer gets wet, everyone should exit the bounce, the blower unit should be turned off at the unit, and then unplugged. The bounce unit becomes very slippery and dangerous when wet. Once the rain stops, plug the blower unit back in and turn it on. You can wait for the unit to dry or dry it with towels. Once dry, the bounce should be once again safe to use. **Please call us at 713-824-5990 if you have weather related questions once your unit has been set up. No refunds will be given once the inflatable has been setup and the equipment contract signed.

Can your inflatables be set up indoors?
Yes, our units can be set up inside or outside! You will need to have enough ceiling height (about 13ft to 20ft) to accommodate the inflatable. The inflatable must not be set up too near hot lights, a/c vents, or any fire hazard. Many commercial halls, malls, gyms, etc. will do just fine.

Can I set up the inflatable near my pool?
No. Safety is our number one concern. The bounce or slide must be set up a safe distance from any pool, at least 20 feet.

Why can’t I pick up the inflatable and set it up myself to cut costs?
Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the customer to pick up & set up the units, we do not feel that is a safe idea. We personally set up and pick up every rental. The set up area will be evaluated, the correct size, type, and length of power cord will be used and they make sure all of the connections are correctly made. We will use the proper straps, stakes, tie downs, and anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and ensure its safe operation. Also, each unit is rather large and weighs in excess of 220 pounds, so your safety in transport of these items is also our concern.

How safe are your inflatables?
Our inflatables are constructed with quality and safety in mind! All of our units have a safety entrance/exit ramp for the children’s protection and safety and emergency exit flaps in the roof. Each unit is constructed of only the very best commercial grade 18 to 21 oz. vinyl, with double and quadruple stitching. All of the materials are fire retardant. The windows of the bounces are made of specially designed mesh netting, which allows for easy viewing and minimizes the chances of getting entangled. We will also supply recommended guidelines for safe use and recommended number of children allowed in the inflatable at any one time. Beware of cheap, unsafe, imitation inflatables!

What methods of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders.

How do I make a reservation?
You can call direct reservations at 713-824-5990 or our office at 281-732-7516. You may also submit a reservation request through our website 24 hours a day. If there is no answer, please leave a brief message with your name, number, event date and which unit you are interested in and we will return your call. It is our goal to personally answer every call, but sometimes we cannot. If you leave a message it is our promise that we will call you back within 1 business day.

What are your hours?
At Funfactory Attractions we understand how busy life is during the day, that is why we make reservations seven days a week to be able to assist you at any time. If you make a reservation online today, we can deliver as early as today!

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery of moonwalk rentals in Houston is included within 25 miles from Our Houston Moonwalk Facility or our Pearland Moonwalk Warehouse For areas further away than that, call and we can discuss rates.

What happens if the moonwalk is damaged during my party?
If proper operating procedures are followed then no damage should happen to the moonwalk. Customer is responsible for following all safety guidelines and required operating procedures for all moonwalk rentals in Houston, and all moonwalk rentals in Pearland, whether the rented units are slides, bounce houses, obstacle courses, combos, or concessions. Improper use resulting in damage of the moonwalk or other items from Funfactory will be the customer’s responsibility if repair or replacement is required regardless of the location to which the unit is delivered.

Can I jump with my pet in the moonwalk?
No, pets are not allowed inside the moonwalk since their nails can cause damage to the material.

Can I play with Silly String inside the moonwalk?
No. Silly String or any other spray will damage the vinyl material of the moonwalk. Customer will be responsible for any costs associated with repair due to misuse.

Can I eat or drink inside the moonwalk?
No. Eating, drinking or chewing gum inside the moonwalk is not allowed. Customer is responsible for any cleaning fees.

Do I need to take my shoes off to jump in the moonwalk?
Absolutely. Shoes are not allowed inside the moonwalk. Before entering the moonwalk make sure to remove shoes and any other sharp objects such as watches, glasses, jewelry, etc.
